Best Game to hit the store so far! I look forward to finally playing this on my mac! It is stunning visually and through its sound!

Braid is a wonderful and memorable game. Loving every second of it. I am glad that the platforming elements while fun are not frustrating and hardcore. The focus is the handcrafted unique puzzles on every new beautiful screen. Feels like I am playing a painting come to life. Just when I think I have mastered the game, the next level throws a new challenge at me. Highly recommended.

- paid $15 dollars for this game on PC - couldnt resist buying the Mac version at this price - this version is even tighter/better - art is beautiful and really pops - puzzles are challenging but super fun - two thumbs way up - $5 well spent - will be drinking talls rather than ventis for the next 2 days

I see that the reviews are all glowing, but I was still hesitant on buying this game. Having played it for two hours so far, it definitely surprised me! It is a great game that is quite innovative. Going to be many hours spent playing this one!

I got this game based solely on the good reviews. I think that was my mistake. The game is good, and unique. Bending time in the game is fun and the paint-style artwork is visually catching, but I cant help but feel that Im playing Super Mario. Lion-heads with legs that need to be stomped like Goombas, a dinosaur reminiscent of Yoshi but acting like Toad, a short man that has red hair and a red tie (why red and not any other colour?), and a Princess thats never where shes suppose to be... Like I said: a good game, but were there no other creatures available during the decision to make this game? I cant help but feel its suppose to be an hommage to Super Mario that falls short, and is more mimicry instead.

This game is amazing, really really well done. Ive had it on my 360 for ages, but its really nice to have it right on my Mac so I can drop into some beautfiul side scrolling action right at my desk. If more of like this is to come it may actually prolong the life of my aging MacBook with its integrated Intel GPU.

The reviewer who said they cant escape the feeling theyre playing Super Mario Bros. is halfway there but has missed the point. This game pays homage to Super Mario and other classic platformers very deliberately but is aesthetically and atmospherically quite the opposite. In the end the experience of this game couldnt be further from those classic platformers, turning many of their clichés on their head. Those with with patience to solve the deviously ingenious platforming-based puzzles with the simple time manipulation mechanic will find this one of the most brilliaint and gratifying games they have ever played. This is NOT a game for the "Angry Birds" crowd.

This is truly an original game. The artwork and sound really work superbly with the time control theme. May not be for people interested in blowing away zombie after zombie with one of ten different guns, youll need to use your head for this one. Nicely done!

This is a fantastic game. I believe that the people giving it a low rating cant handle the difficulty it throws at you. Some of the levels are just nuts and can get frustrating, but when you complete the puzzle it makes perfect sense! This game has a fun story that can be interpreted differently. Everyone Im sure is in for a little bit different idea of how the story went. Enjoy the game, I definitely did!

Not just a platformer, this wonderful game has interesting puzzles, beautiful graphics, and the reverse-time gimmick removes the annoying requirement to replay an entire level after dying. This game is a must-buy for everyone.

This is a great game. Groundbreaking gameplay, beautiful narrative and elegant graphics. Super challenging at times; I suggest you dont run to the walkthrough too soon because the game is over much too soon.

Im suspicious of the other reviews after playing this game. Im guessing they are the software developers themselves or family and friends of the developers. Bought based on reviews and disappointed with game. Im not sure who the target demographic for this game is. Its too simple for adults and too complex for children.

I have the PS3 version, and I like it a lot more. but for 2$, buy this. Its fun!

Worth every penny, spent hours with a friend having a great time. We were constantly delighted with how well every aspect of the game is done: amazing story, amazing artwork, amazing gameplay. There are constantly new challenges as soon as you think you have it mastered. Buy it! Enjoy!
