love the game, but broken on 2014 macbook air

I love this game. I don’t find too many games that interesting, but Braid is special. The puzzles are tricky and challenging and the story is interesting.

I would give this game 5 stars easily, but on my 2014 macbook air, I cannot time travel faster than 1X, which means [minor spoiler] that some of the puzzles are impossible to solve. I would love to get back to this game, but I’m stuck for now. I have tried all of the options provided during launch but no permutation of options fixes time travel for me.

Please, please fix please
